We are looking for a Jr. Risk Analyst/Program Manager to assist the security risk team in the development, coordination, and execution of projects and programs

  • Assist the risk Manager in the development, coordination, and execution of the security assessment program and any other programs as needed.
  • Will work with other business owners to identify and assess appropriate risk mitigation efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with vendors and Full Time Employees (FTEs) to increase the programs awareness and build positive relationships to deliver high-quality security guidance.
  • Will be assisting with creating documentation and help with writing out the procedures that need to be followed with exceptions with current risk policies.
  • Assist the group in building the next-generation security assessment program and process, integrating operational threat awareness
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across teams to increase understanding of mitigation activities for high-risk scenarios
  • Provide assistance in the identification, evaluation, disposition, and mitigation of tactical and strategic security issues
  • Assist the team in security gap identification in coverage of operational security processes and controls that may indicate risk
  • Build cross organizational collaboration by establishing partnerships with other risk management teams with the overarching goal of improving trust

Requirements·

  • 2-3 years of below requirements with previous experience in related field will be highly desirable
  • Planning, Organizing, Coordination
  • Analytic skills to bring data together to answer security, identity, and operational risk related question
  • Strong Communication Skills – especially written
  • Composure Under Pressure – ability to work with ambiguity
  • Customer Advocacy
  • Cross Group Collaboration
  • A Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) is highly desired
  • Experience with Office 365 (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Proven experience in planning and coordinating (general knowledge of scheduling and calendaring)
