Cadence Preferred is a highly-specialized supplier of sales and marketing campaigns, content development, web design and staffing for high-technology companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, EMC, HP and Concur.

We are looking for a PM - I for a leading client

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Engage data providers in support of our survey sampling process
  • Support Scorecard operations
  • Support end to end data process including requirements gathering, creation of process plan, testing, training, and publication
  • Support target setting process
  • Support helpdesk processes.
  • Monitor fieldwork and maintain performance metrics
  • Participate in various weekly team calls
  • Manage sites, documentation, and training resources
  • Maintaining documents in SharePoint and the contexts of those documents.
  • Tracking action items, helping to coordinate and facilitate the inbound traffic to help desk. Inbound inquires.


  • Looking for a PM having 3-5 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in CRM is highly preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word Excel, Outlook) and very strong sharepoint skills
  • Any experience with Surveys or Voice of Customer Programs is a HUGE plus and would make them a BEST candidate for role
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • BS or BA preferred
